A.A.I.S. Expectations:
The guiding principles of A.A.I.S are expressed in the following four standards, which we expect all students to model and all teachers or staff to nurture.

I. OUTSTANDING BEHAVIOR
Outstanding Behavior: Students are expected to show respect to teachers, staff, and other students at all times
II. ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Academic Excellence: We believe that we have the leaders of tomorrow in our school. In order to maximize the opportunity students have at A.A.I.S, it is necessary to give maximum efforts in all school endeavors.
III. ENGLISH LANGUAGE
English -In order to create and maintain an American School atmosphere in the school, students must speak English on campus at all times with the exception for foreign language, Arabic and Religion classes
IV. SCHOOL UNIFORM
School uniform - The correct school uniform should be
worn at all times except for P.E. or situations approved by the administration.

Our Management will:

Influence the people towards supporting and attaining organizational goals.
Provide a supportive team environment that aids decision –making to support student's requests.
Present the school's curriculum in a manner consistent with modern American theories of teaching and learning.
Assist student's to develop a positive self – image.
Seeks to maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
Promote positive interpersonal relationships among management, staff and student's.
Prepare student's to be independent learners.

Our staff will:
Motivate students to maintain their interest capture their attention, and build up their unique character.

Cultivate students to develop initiative, integrity and responsibility, self – confidence and self – reliance.

Focus on efforts to empower our students to be critical, independent thinkers, with the skills necessary to be dynamic participants in an ever – changing global society.

Develop self – esteem amongst students.

Our students will:
Demonstrate respect for others, their beliefs, and their culture.

Demonstrate computer literacy.

Develop an appreciation for artistic expression in art and music.

Strengthen their understanding and appreciation of the history and culture of Egypt and its important place in the family of nations.
